Dan Tebo founded ITM with nearly 25 years of experience in investment banking, managing the Corporate Development Department of a S&P 500 company, and as an independent advisor for a multitude of transactions. He brings to clients a rare insight into the transaction management process from every possible angle. Mr. Tebo has been able to develop an approach to transaction advisory that not only provides the technical support needed in the process, but also leverages the client organization’s functional leaders – all while maintaining integrity and consistency throughout the process.
